On the last day of the year, the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals said it dismissed a suit that raised numerous constitutional challenges to actions taken during President Obama's first year in office. The court didn't rule on the allegations, but instead said that Murray Cohen lacked standing to bring the lawsuit.
